Ok, there are 'weights' added(read:multiply) to the nputs that are placed through a GA. The input is analized by simple if statements.

The GA's optimixe the weights for whatever the NN was ment to do.

There arn't any graphical editors for NN's that I know of...

A set of pseudo-random binary strings that are optimized to solve a particular problem.(In layman's terms, say 100 diffrent binary nimbers that convey certtain information are crated, scanned to determine which one is 'the most fit', then another 'generation' is created in which the most fit number is the father. During this process, there is a random mutaion that is going on with each of the child numbers.

1.Create binary numbers
2.Scan binary numbers to find out which one is most 'fit'
3.Create new generation with a specific rate of mutation
4.Repeat steps 2 & 4
