If it could spread to other computers, killing itself isn't a problem because it'd become a semi-society

it would be weird if you put a law on the program so it couldn't delete itself, and then it told another program to kill itself

I don't think so. Anti-Virus program's work that way. Of course there isn't anythong in the program that says it can't delete itself but it's possible.
