well thats why when there released it can be illegal because we named it with MPG also it will have custom maps / characters / items and more so it wont be illegal =)

There's still the issue of IP laws. Try reading license agreements.

Thee name and the content of software aren't what determines whether or not the software violates Intelectaual(spelling mistake) Proporty. It's the source code.

hmmm ok so what you mean is if the source code is the same as there game i can be sue'd ? if so then we will get it worked on as soon as possible to keep this from happening thank you for the heads up :D

Even if it's significantly similer(like 75% of code, or less. I don't know the exact amount), you could be sued and put in federal prison.
